![]() It's good even for long-distance fights, but it's not quite as good as some of the other rifles in the game. This rifle has great accuracy and a rate of fire that ramps up as you hold down the trigger. Higher rarities of the gun increase the magazine capacity and make reloads faster. You can use an LMG across a longer range, however, which is useful when you can see enemies shooting in the distance. The LMG is a good temporary option until you can find something like an assault rifle that has a faster response. Ultimately, this is what lets it down, as typically gunfights are quick and fast in Bloodhunt. By this, we mean, that the more sustained the shooting is, the better the accuracy becomes. The Light Machine Gun basically gets better the longer you fire it for. You can expect faster reload rates and a smaller pattern of spread from higher rarities, as well as a more effective range. The pellets in this shotgun have a wide spread and do significant damage. This shotgun packs a real punch at close range, making light work of those one-on-one fights. Higher rarities will have better recoil recovery and faster reload times, but even a common form will do pleny of damage particularly with headshots. This semi-automatic option has a built-in scope that makes precision targeting much easier. In the right hands, a sniper rifle is always going to be a good choice. You can crack an enemy's armor in just a few hits and have them downed in no time. Scope out the rooftops using one of these and whether someone's moving erratically or attempting to hide, it's pretty easy to land some impressive shots. Its speed is what makes it A-tier, along with its increased headshot damage and incredible accuracy. The Marksman Rifle is great for effective long-range combat. With higher rarities, you’ll find that it has an increased magazine capacity, a larger effective range and much quicker reload times. The sub-machine gun has a high rate of fire, only let down by a limited magazine capacity. ![]() Though it’s best suited to close-range and medium-range combat, in these situations the silenced SMG is a powerful little thing. With higher rarities, you’ll also find that it reloads quickly, is effective over longer distances and has a larger magazine capacity. For this reason, it’s one of the better gun options in the game. The assault rifle performs equally well in long-range and short-range combats. The only downside is it's not reloadable, but it's a great endgame weapon or in those moments where there are multiple players in one area. The longer you hold it down, the heavier the rate of fire. A heavy rate of fire can be achieved easily, by holding down shoot, so that the barrel spins continuously. Once you have your hands on it though, it can deal incredible amounts of damage. ![]() If you're lucky, you'll be able to pick it up from one of the legendary crates. The MiniGun is one of the tougher weapons to find in the game, as you'll have to enter one of the Entity camps to get it. Plus, with a version that’s a higher rarity, you can have faster reload times, an increased range of effectiveness and a higher magazine capacity. As it fires multiple pellets at once, you can down targets quickly, and it’s handy as it doesn’t require the greatest accuracy. It’s suitable for both close to mid-range combat and is fast-firing. The power of this shotgun can deliver devastating blows at close-range that are capable of downing an enemy in two shots. C-Tier - Dual Pistols, Crossbow, Revolver.B-Tier - Light Machine Gun (LMG), 9-Barrelled, Toggler, Tommy Gun, Burst Rifle.A-Tier - Silenced SMG, Marksman Rifle, Sniper Rifle, Double-Barrelled.S-Tier - Pump-Action Shotgun, MiniGun, Assault Rifle. The Katana can deflect bullet damage, aiming it back at an attacker, while the Scourge Blades also have a special ability that means they can deliver a charged attack. However, the Katana and the Scourge Blades have special abilities that make them better options than the Fire Axe and Spiked Bat. But realistically, they’re all last resort options for moments where you might run out of bullets and want to finish an enemy off, or if there are no other weapons available to you. In terms of overall damage, all four of the melee weapons will deal a decent amount of damage. The best weapons for melee attacks are the Katana and the Scourge Blades. The rarity can greatly improve a weapon's base stats and have an effect on things such as reload speeds, magazine capacity and effective range. ![]() Each of these weapons is then available in a different rarity, these are: There are four melee weapons and seventeen ranged weapons currently available. Weapons are divided into two categories in Bloodhunt - melee and ranged weapons. ![]()
