Please do not book an appointment without consulting your GP Practice first. If you have regular blood tests, please make sure you inform your GP Practice prior to booking your appointment to ensure that the appropriate documentation can be completed on your behalf. Your GP receptionist can also do this for you. If you have been told you need a blood test by your GP Practice, you can book your appointment online by following this link and clicking the ‘Stanney Lane’ option. The clinic will be open from 8am until 5pm Monday to Friday. As a part of achieving his goal, the Network has worked together with colleagues from the Countess of Chester NHS Foundation Trust to introduce a new Phlebotomy (or blood test) service for Ellesmere Port.įrom Monday 5 October you will be able to access a dedicated blood test clinic located at Stanney Lane Clinic in Ellesmere Port (Stanney Lane, CH65 9AE) and it will be available to patients from across the six practices in Ellesmere Port. One Ellesmere Port Primary Care Network is a collaboration of the six local GP Practices across the town who are working together with the common goal of creating a better future for their patients.
